
Machines are designed for peeling, coring and cutting apples into slices and rings. A wide selection of dividers allows you to cut apples into 2-24 slices, and sets of various knives allow you to cut apples into rings with a thickness of 3.5 to 30.0 mm. By combining cutting into rings and slices, you can cut apples into pieces for a salad or sweet pie.
Fruits do not need to be calibrated before processing. The spring-loaded and adjustable blade fits the exact shape and size of apples. Thus, the irregularities are cut off and uniformly peeled apples are obtained.
Apple processing is carried out in 3 stages:
1. Planting apples (manually)
2. Peeling apples
3. Core and/or slice.
Accessories:
- a wide selection of dividers for cutting apples into slices;
- sets of various spring-loaded knives for cutting apples into rings;
- mobile cabinet on 4 wheels and with a compartment for containers;
- separation system (separates the fruit and the skin). Installed under the apple peeling machine.
