“Silence” Ltd, Ukrainian company (EDRPOU code 22954177) draws Your attention to the fact that there is a new company in Ukraine - “Silence Bakery” Ltd (registration date 17.05.2022, EDRPOU code 44708305, authorized capital 1000 UAH) appeared. The participants of it are our employees Alexander Kisler, Oksana Pastushenko and Vladyslav Barannik, who violated the corporate rules and trade secrets of our company (the entire database of buyers and suppliers, intellectual and material values were stolen, commercial and business correspondence with buyers and suppliers was destroyed, the entire range of equipment was duplicated on the site).
“Silence Bakery” Ltd uses practically the same name with us. They negotiate on our behalf with our suppliers and customers. In its activities, this company criminally violates all the rules of professional ethics, uses fruitful and trusting relationships with our partners to obtain quick and easy benefits. By their actions, they are trying to destroy everything that our company has accumulated over the long 28 years of flawless work on the Ukrainian market.
We officially report that “Silence” Ltd does not have any subsidiaries and representative offices and did not transfer its powers to anyone. Be careful not to suffer from one-day companies who use our name.
